My Perspective

I work from a psychodynamically informed integrative perspective in an attempt to help clients better understand their own barriers to greater psychological health. I have also trained in standard Evidenced Based Practices including: Trauma-Informed Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Prolonged Exposure. My approach is pragmatic and oriented to client specific goals and alleviation of psychological distress.
